# Crypto Swing Trading Signals

Our Swing Trading Signals provide clear, actionable insights for medium-term trading, including guidance on which assets to trade, the trade direction, and portfolio allocation. This approach follows a dynamic portfolio concept and is designed for investors with a time horizon of several weeks to months, capturing larger market movements without daily trading.

#### Signal Details

Each Swing Trading Signal includes:

* **Asset Selection**: Specifies which asset(s) to trade.
* **Trade Direction**: Indicates whether to go long or short on the asset.
* **Portfolio Allocation**: Suggests the percentage of the portfolio to allocate to each asset, enabling balanced risk and reward across signals.

This strategy is optimized for medium-term investing and **does not recommend leverage** due to the extended holding periods, funding considerations, and potential volatility in these timeframes. Each position is entered fully on a spot basis, meaning no leverage or margin is involved, which aligns with the strategy’s conservative approach to risk.

#### Mindset for Swing Trading

Swing trading operates on a time horizon of **weeks to months**, so it’s essential to approach this strategy with patience and a long-term view:

* **Expect Periods of Drawdown**: Positions may fluctuate in value, and it’s common to experience periods of being “underwater” (holding positions at a temporary loss) for several days or even weeks. Staying committed over months allows for the full realization of gains.
* **Market Context**: The crypto market tends to range about 70% of the time, with substantial upward or downward moves occurring quickly in the remaining 30%. Maintaining consistent exposure to these signals helps capture these major market shifts, which drive substantial profits over the long run.
