Screener (SSA)
The Screener (SSA) is a comprehensive multi-asset dashboard designed to bring the power of the Smart Signals Assistant ecosystem into a single view. Instead of switching between 18 different charts, this tool allows you to monitor the real-time state of Trend, Momentum, Volatility, and Machine Learning models for your favorite assets simultaneously.
It aggregates the signals from the Smart Signals, Fair Value Trail, Trend Spine, Trend Bias, Firmament Clouds, and Trend-Range Classifier into a customizable table.
Dashboard Overview
The screener is displayed as a table on your chart. Each row represents an asset, and each column represents a specific AlgoAlpha indicator component.

Column Breakdown
Asset
The symbol ticker (e.g., BTCUSDT, AAPL, XAUUSD).
Note: You can customize the 18 symbols in the settings menu.
Smart Signals (SS)
The core directional engine of the system.
▲ (Green): Bullish Signal.
▼ (Red): Bearish Signal.
+ (e.g., ▲+): Indicates a Strong signal (High probability confluence).
Background: Solid colors indicate a strong trend state; lighter transparency indicates a standard signal.
Fair Value Trail (FVT)
A trend-following component based on ATR and Volatility.
Used to confirm the validity of the main signal.
▲ / ▼: Indicates the current trend direction of the Fair Value Trail.
Trend Spine
A momentum-based filter derived from CCI logic.
Helps filter out choppy market noise.
▲ / ▼: Indicates positive or negative momentum.
Trend Bias
Analyze the higher-timeframe or smoothed bias using Heikin Ashi smoothing.
Strong ▲ / Weak ▲: Bullish bias intensity.
Strong ▼ / Weak ▼: Bearish bias intensity.
Firmament Clouds
An oscillator-based mean reversion tool.
Overbought / Very Overbought: Price is extended to the upside (potential pullback).
Oversold / Very Oversold: Price is extended to the downside (potential bounce).
Neutral: Price is within standard deviation bands.
Trend-Range Classifier (TRC)
A Machine Learning (Logistic Regression) component that detects market regimes.
Trend (Blue): The asset is in a trending state; trend-following strategies are favored.
Range (Gray): The asset is chopping or ranging; breakout or trend-following strategies may fail.
Exit Signal Count
Displays a numerical count of recent exit signals generated by the system.
Higher numbers (brighter background) indicate a cluster of exit signals, suggesting the current move may be exhausted.
Settings & Configuration
The screener is highly customizable. You can toggle specific columns on or off to create a clean view that matches your trading style.
Watchlist
The screener accepts up to 18 symbols. By default, these are grouped into:
Crypto: (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE)
Stocks: (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, GOOGL, META, PLTR, V, WMT)
Metals: (Gold, Silver)
You can change these to any ticker available on TradingView via the Input menu.
Smart Signals
Smart Signals: Toggles the main signal column.
Detect Ranging Candles (Gray): If enabled, ranging periods will be grayed out in the SSA calculation.
Signal Mode:
Trend: Follows the dominant trend.
Reversal: Looks for counter-trend entries.
Time Horizon: Adjusts the sensitivity of the signal (1 = Fast/Scalp, 7 = Slow/Macro).
Smart Signals Mode:
Scalping: Faster, more reactive signals using ML Adaptive Supertrend.
Swing: Slower, more stable signals better suited for higher timeframes.
Confluence Setup
Each component below can be toggled On/Off and set to a specific Time Horizon (Short Term, Medium Term, Long Term).
Fair Value Trail: Trend confirmation.
Trend Spine: Momentum filtering.
Trend Bias: Smooth trend filtering.
Firmament Clouds: Reversion levels.
Trend-Range Classifier: Regine detection. Note: You can also adjust the "Memory" of the TRC (Low to Ultra) to determine how much historical data influences the ML model.
Trade Exits
Exits Signals: Toggles the Exit count column.
Max Exit Signals: Defines the saturation point for the exit counter (visual intensity).
Appearance
Colors: Customize the Bullish (Green), Bearish (Red), Trending (Blue), and Ranging (Gray) colors.
Table Size: Tiny, Small, Medium, or Large.
Table Position: Place the dashboard in any corner or the center of your chart.
How to Use
1. The Confluence Check
The most powerful way to use this screener is to look for vertical alignment.
If Smart Signals, FVT, and Trend Spine all show ▲ (Green), this indicates a high-probability bullish environment.
If the TRC column says "Trend" (Blue), the signal is even stronger.
2. Spotting Reversions
If the Smart Signals show a Trend direction (e.g., ▲), but the Firmament Clouds show "Very Overbought" and the Exit Signal Count is high (3+), be cautious of entering a long position, as the move may be overextended.
3. Regime Filtering
Before taking a trade on a specific asset, check the Trend-Range Classifier.
If the TRC says "Range" (Gray), avoid breakout strategies and expect price to bounce between support and resistance. Wait for the TRC to flip to "Trend" (Blue) for explosive moves.
4. Multi-Timeframe Analysis
Since the screener uses request.security to pull data, you can apply this indicator to a 1-minute chart but keep your input settings on "Swing" or "Medium Term" to see the higher timeframe bias while you scalp the lower timeframe.
