Settings Reference
1. Fast Oscillator Group
This group controls the primary, customizable oscillator and its associated signals.
Fast Oscillator:
Default: On
Description: The master switch for the entire Fast Oscillator module. Turn this off to disable the main oscillator plot, its trend line, and all related signals (▲/▼/●).
Fast Oscillator Colors:
Description: Sets the primary Bullish (cyan) and Bearish (red) colors used for the Fast Oscillator's plot, fill, and signals.
Fast Oscillator Type:
Default: 🔱Price Volume Swings
Options: 🔱Price Volume Swings, ⚜️Price Volume Waves, 🌊Alpha Wave, 🐲Dragon RSI
Description: Selects the core algorithm used for the Fast Oscillator calculation, allowing you to choose between different momentum-style indicators.
Fast Oscillator Source:
Default: close
Description: The data series that the Fast Oscillator will use in its main calculations.
Trend Identification Method:
Default: Relative to Previous Value
Options: Relative to Previous Value, Heiken Ashi, SMA, EMA, HMA, WMA
Description: Determines the method used to calculate the oscillator's trend line, which is used for identifying trend shifts.
Trend Identification MA Length:
Default: 2
Range: 1 to 100
Description: The lookback period used for the trend line calculation. Only applicable if the 'Trend Identification Method' is set to SMA, EMA, HMA, or WMA.
Reversal Zones Dynamic Color Type:
Default: Reversal Probability
Options: Reversal Probability, Trend Confluence
Description: Determines how the overbought/oversold Reversal Zones are colored.
Reversal Probability
is based on how extreme the oscillator's value is.Trend Confluence
is based on the combined bullish/bearish score of all active indicator components.
Reversal Zones Outer/Inner Value:
Outer Default: 100
Inner Default: 80
Description: These settings define the boundaries for the overbought (positive) and oversold (negative) zones.
Enable Diminishing Momentum Warning:
Default: On
Description: Toggles the '●' signals, which appear when momentum is weakening, serving as a potential take-profit or precautionary warning.
Enable Reversal Signals Warning:
Default: On
Description: Toggles the '▲' and '▼' signals, which identify potential mean-reversion opportunities when the oscillator is overbought or oversold.
Wait for bar close to print signals:
Default: On
Description: When enabled, all Fast Oscillator signals ('▲','▼','●') will only appear on bar close to prevent intrabar repainting and false signals.
Divergence Settings:
Plot Bullish/Bearish Divergences: On/Off switches for divergence detection.
Divergence Pivot Detection Length (Default: 20): Controls the lookback period for finding pivots. A larger number finds more significant, longer-term divergences.
Divergence Pivot Confirmation Length (Default: 1): The number of bars the indicator waits for confirmation before plotting a divergence line, reducing false signals at the cost of a slight delay.
2. Confluence Oscillators Group
This group controls the three additional components used for market analysis and confluence.
Momentum Impulse Oscillator:
Enable: On/Off (Default: On)
Colors: Sets the Bullish (green), Bearish (red), and Neutral (gray) colors.
Main Length (Default: 35): Controls the primary lookback period for the MIO.
Enable Trend Impulse Thresholds: When enabled, the MIO will remain neutral (gray) until momentum is strong enough to cross the
Trend Impulse Threshold
, helping to filter out market noise.
Scalper's Momentum:
Enable: On/Off (Default: On)
Colors: Sets the Bullish (green) and Bearish (red) colors.
Main Length (Default: 28): The primary lookback period for the oscillator.
Smoothing Length (Default: 10): The period used to smooth the final output.
Noise Reduction Factor (Default: 1.5): A multiplier to filter out smaller, less significant momentum fluctuations.
Source (Default: close): The data series used for the calculation.
Hidden Liquidity Flow:
Enable: On/Off (Default: On)
Gradient Colors: Sets the colors for the Excess Liquidity Flow gradient, representing the transition from a liquidity squeeze to a release.
Main Length (Default: 30): The primary lookback period for the HLF.
Smoothing Length (Default: 7): The period used to smooth the Hidden Liquidity calculation.
3. Appearance Group
This group controls the visual elements of the indicator.
Component Colors: Colors for each oscillator (Fast Oscillator, Momentum Impulse, etc.) are set within their respective groups in the indicator settings panel.
Show Component Table:
Default: On
Description: Toggles the visibility of the status table on the chart. The table is not currently available for this indicator.
4. Alerts Group
This group contains all settings for the advanced, multi-step alert system.
Show Historical Alerts:
Default: Off
Description: Toggles a background shape showing where your custom alert conditions would have triggered in the past.
Invalidation Type:
Default: Time Interval
Description: Defines how an in-progress alert sequence is reset.
Reset Timeout (bars):
Default: 50
Description: Sets the number of bars before an alert sequence resets (used in
Time Interval
mode).
External Condition 1-5: A set of 5 inputs for defining conditions based on external indicators or price data. Each includes a source, a comparison operator, and a value.
Condition 1-12: A set of 12 inputs for building the alert logic. Each includes:
Enable Checkbox: Toggles the condition.
Condition Type: A dropdown to select any available trigger or state from the indicator's components.
Boolean: (AND/OR) Chains the condition with others in the same step. (Excluding Condition 1).
Step: Assigns the condition to a step from 1 to 7.
